Hotel Policies & Guest Information

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: After 15:00

  • Check-out Time: Before 12:00

Breakfast Information

  • Breakfast Hours: 07:00 – 10:00

  • Please inform us of any vegetarian or dietary requirements prior to your arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Parking Information

  • On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis as spaces are limited.

  • If our parking lot is full, our staff will gladly assist you with information on nearby alternative parking options.

Children & Extra Guest Policy

  • One child under 6 years old can stay free of charge when using existing beds (subject to room type capacity).

  • A fee will apply for a second child, or any child under 12 years old.

  • Extra guests or extra beds are subject to additional charges. Please inform us when booking.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Cancellations and modifications are handled in accordance with the Standard Form Contract regulated by the Tourism Administration, MOTC.

  • In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or government-announced closures (school/work suspension), bookings can be postponed or cancelled according to regulations.

Pet Policy

  • To maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are not allowed on the premises.

  • Guide dogs and other certified service animals are welcome.

Hotel Rules & Restrictions

  • Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. Violators will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

  • Illegal activities or behaviors that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.

  • Please lower your volume after 22:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Eco-Friendly Accommodation

  • In support of environmental protection policies, single-use amenities (disposable toiletries) are not provided in the guest rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own. Should you need to purchase any, please contact the front desk.

  • For eco-friendly extended stays, bed linen and towels will not be automatically replaced during daily stay-over cleaning. If you require a change, please notify the front desk. Thank you for joining us in reducing carbon emissions!
